Taking place at the Mohammed Schools of Atlanta, this two-day event blends knowledge, connection, and celebration — all with a shared purpose of building healthier, stronger communities.

Empowering Communities Through Health & Service

The conference will bring together healthcare professionals, faith-based leaders, and community advocates to discuss critical issues in health and human services. Through panels, workshops, and networking opportunities, attendees will explore ways to foster resilience, improve access to care, and strengthen support systems.

Gala Fundraiser: An Evening of Inspiration

The weekend culminates with the Gala Fundraiser, a meaningful evening dedicated to honoring service and raising essential funds for impactful community programs. Attendees will enjoy a night of fellowship, reflection, and giving back.

Special Highlight: Palistory

This year’s program proudly features Palistory — an artistic and cultural project that shares the powerful stories of Palestine through imagery and narrative.
