Walk. Reflect. Act. Share.
Fifteen days of choosing courage: walk for 30 minutes, reflect on where fear is making the decision, take one courageous step, and share what you learn. It's you vs. you — no comparing, just encouraging.
Registration is closed for Sumud15 4.0.
Days of showing up — for yourself
Of walking a day — all at once or split up
Days finished, and you graduate
Grace days, built in — life happens
With gratitude
Sumud15 happens because people chose to stand behind it. Our thanks to everyone who has sponsored the challenge.

September 15
Walk 30 minutes, reflect on where fear is making the decision, take one courageous step, and share what you learn.
October 4
Finish 12 of the 15 days and you graduate with the cohort. Stories are told, and the habit stays.
Why it matters
The walk you meant to take. The person you meant to call. The good in an ordinary day that you never stopped to name. Sumud means steadfastness — and steadfastness isn't built in one grand gesture, it's built in small acts repeated on the days you don't feel like it. Fifteen days of showing up for yourself, alongside people doing exactly the same thing.
Each day
None of them take long. All of them count. Do them in any order, at any time of day.
All at once or split up — just move. Outside is lovely, a treadmill is fine, a walk around the block counts.
Notice one place where fear has been making the decision. Name it honestly.
Take one small courageous step, then share what you learned in the group or publicly with #Sumud15.
Each week
Reach out to someone you've lost touch with. Tell them you're thinking of them, and encourage each other to take one courageous step. Once a week, for three weeks — three people who didn't expect to hear from you.
Finish 12 of 15 days to graduate
It's you vs. you —
no comparing, just encouraging.

What you get
Registered participants have a group that keeps them honest and a daily reflection in their inbox.
Connect, stay accountable, and encourage each other every day — it's where courage gets practiced and hard days get met with a reply.
One short courage reflection every day of the challenge, sent straight to your inbox before you head out.
Don't do it alone
Everyone is welcome — no fitness level required, no experience needed, no comparing. Send someone the flyer and start the fifteen days together.
Walk it with a partner, a parent, or your kids. The daily courage reflection becomes a conversation at the dinner table.
A friend, a coworker, a classmate — anyone who's been meaning to do something and hasn't found the door in.
Your masjid, your MSA, your run club, your team at work. Fifteen days is a good reason to gather.

About the Challenge
The 15-day challenge runs September 15 through September 29, 2026, and the cohort celebrates Graduation Day together on October 4. Registration is closed.
Four things: walk 30 minutes, reflect on courage, take one courageous step, and share what you learn — in the WhatsApp group or publicly with #Sumud15.
No — all at once or split up, just move. Ten minutes three times counts. Outside at sunrise is lovely, but a treadmill, a mall, or laps at work all count just the same.
You get 3 grace days — they're built in, because life happens. Finish 12 of the 15 days and you graduate. A missed day isn't a reason to quit; you just pick it back up the next morning.
It runs on the honor system. There's no leaderboard and no one grading you — it's you vs. you. The group is there to encourage, not to compare, and we ask everyone to keep it kind and welcoming.
Everyone is welcome — any age, any pace, any fitness level, wherever you live. Nothing here requires you to be an athlete, and the whole challenge runs through WhatsApp and email, so you can take part from anywhere.
Once a week, reach out to someone you've lost touch with. Tell them you're thinking of them and encourage each other to take one courageous step. A text counts. It's usually the part people remember longest.
Access to our WhatsApp group, where the cohort connects and encourages each other every day, and a daily courage reflection sent straight to your email — one every day of the challenge.
Post the day's courage reflection or a photo from your walk in the group, or share it publicly and tag @Palistory.usa with #Sumud15.
